I want to admit this off the bat: I've been working in the mental health field for over 10 years and there’s no magic, mumbo-jumbo, or quick fixes. Therapy takes time, and I want to make it more accessible to those who think it’s not for them.

Like many, I grew up feeling really lost and unsure of how to navigate challenges. As I had opportunities to help others solve their problems, I realized that the most important thing I can do is help others move forward to enjoy life.
