  • If we both feel good about continuing, we can verify any necessary information and schedule an initial session. This session will be much more information gathering, to learn about your background and create a treatment roadmap.

  • Sessions are billed at a rate of $175 per 50 minute appointment.

    Length of time in treatment depends on several factors, such as your specific goals, frequency of sessions, consistency, and insurance requirements to name a few.

  • I am in network with several insurance providers, if you choose to utilize your Mental Health Benefits,

    If I am out of network, I can provide a super-bill.

    It is important to note that utilizing insurance to cover any therapeutic services has specific requirements. For example, there must be a formal diagnosis and your treatment meets medical necessity.

  • Therapy is a conversation. The intention of these sessions is to help you get to where you need to go, and my role is to assist you in creating that roadmap. I do not believe there is a one-size-fits-all approach, so I use different strategies depending on your specific needs. You can learn more about my approach here.

  • I do not, I exclusively see clients via tele-health video appointments. Currently, I only work with California residents.

  • I am based in Orange County, California. However, I have clients all over the state.
